Over events is the result of a long experience in the organization of private and institutional events, with particular attention to banqueting and luxury catering in Puglia, Italy and abroad.
Over consists of a team of professionals with the great goal of creating unique and memorable events.
Driven by passion and a strong spirit of collaboration, we work daily to satisfy the manifest and hidden desires of our customers with tailor-made creations.
We have collected the legacy of one of the most illustrious banqueting and catering companies in Puglia: Natale Eventi. Starting from the experience of almost half a century of this luxury brand in Puglia, we have added our own experience in the fields of research, design, entertainment, and new technologies.
Today we are a team that sees every new event as a challenge in which we do not only strive to exceed expectations, but also be innovative, managing to grasp the trends of the moment and, sometimes, anticipate them.
However, our team is not limited to just us. We are constantly engaged in international scouting with the aim of being able to access the most qualified knowledge that the world can offer.

My passion? To make dreams come true. Agnese Natale Founder Agnese is Fernando and Lina Natale’s firstborn, founders of Natale Pasticceria, a Salento brand renowned throughout Italy as a leader in haute patisserie. She defines herself as a “child of the arts” since her father is a master pastry chef, and her mother a window dresser.
Her passion? Realizing dreams, those of others.
Agnese ha infatti ereditato dalla sua famiglia il piacere di ricevere e accogliere le persone. Secondo Agnese, l’accoglienza è un’arte da imparare, custodire e condividere. E, non a caso, ha scelto di formarsi proprio in questo settore.
La gavetta in famiglia è stata lunga e ha toccato tutti i settori dell’azienda finché Fernando ha deciso di esaudire il suo sogno, destinandola proprio al servizio di Catering e Banqueting.
After her Diploma in Master of Art in 2004, she started employment in Natale Pasticceria as dishwasher. A year later, she worked as a shop assistant in the family ice cream shop in via Trinchese, in Lecce. Working for the family company, starting from the bottom was a long way up. Her career has touched all sectors of the company until Fernando decided to fulfil his daughter’s dream, assigning her to the service of Catering and Banqueting. Agnese has also lived in Milan, finding employment in the commercial sector and in event management for the company “Il Maestro di Casa” which managed the bars of the San Siro stadium, the kitchen of the Pirellone, the bars and kitchens of the Assago forum, the cafeteria of Dolce and Gabbana in Legnano, and the GOLD restaurant of D&G, and also weddings and luxury events at Villa Crespi and Villa Reale in Monza.
This experience paved the way for her in the event organization sector, in which Agnese found her professional focus from 2008 until today.
Franz D'aversa was born in Salento and grew up professionally in the USA to pursue his dream of working in catering.
His earliest experiences were in the family Masseria Borgo del Gallo.Day after day, meeting international guests, the desire to explore the world blossomed within him. Not yet of age, he packed his bags and flew to Germany first and then to England.
The union between cooking and traveling proved to be successful, to the point that Franz moved to Florida to become manager of a well-known chain of restaurants. Also exciting was his experience in the Bahamas where he was on board the Disney cruise ships.
Subsequently, he took a long trip to Asia among temples, rice fields and lagoons that remained in his heart. Thanks to that experience he then managed a structure in the historic centre of Lecce that offered oriental cuisine.
During the pandemic, Franz decided to dedicate himself to another of his secret dream: event management. His first event was a fundraiser to support Tricase Hospital in establishing a neonatal intensive care unit.
Since then, he has been responsible for the daily organization of private and institutional events.
